Property website Rightmove have announced their top ten happy places to live in the UK.
In at number one is Southend on Sea’s close neighbour; Leigh-On-Sea. Southend mean while finds itself at a lowly position 189!
Runner up is Troon, famous for its golf course with its famous eighth hole, the postage stamp.
Former winner of the last two years, Harrogate falls to third place
Moving outside of the top three we have; Hertford in fourth place followed by Lytham St Anne in fifth. Also featured in the top ten are Shepperton, Stanford-Le-Hope, Shrewsbury, Hitchin and Woodbridge.
Richmond ranked 39 is top in London. Barking and Dagenham sounds a bit miserable at 206.
